Mr Chung Han Bon was a former Director and CEO of Wonderbucks Berhad and Wonderlist Property, with 15 years experiences in advising Real Estate development. His selling portfolio is more than RM 1 billion worth of properties. He ventured into Proptech startup and successfully raised more than RM 10 mil of capital and Pre Valuation of RM 100 mil. He the co-founder of Malaysia Proptech Association and International Entrepreneur Alliance, currently also an advisor for World BlockChain Technology and Fintech Foundation that manages an investment fund in Hong Kong. He has a vast experience in communities building, structuring and matching investment deal. He was graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Admin at the University of Hertfordshire in the year 2001. He graduated with a Diploma in Estate Management at Imperia College in the year 2012.

About Victor Vincent Wong:
Being well renowned in the sales training industry, few knew that Victor Vincent Wong started from humble beginnings.

Back in 1971, he began his first sales job making door-to-door sales for office equipment & encyclopedia. It was hard work, but it was not until 1979 when he started his first step into training & public speaking, and after three years, he became the FIRST motivational platform speaker in Kuala Lumpur.

Between 1991 - 1994, he began doing corporate training for I.B.M. Taipei with the "Winning Power" workshop. In 1995, he was the platform speaker for M.D.R.T. (N.A.M.L.I.A.) and the platform speaker for Life Insurance Convention, Beijing R.O.C. in 1998.
While in Beijing, he also assisted Beijing Telecom with its telemarketing system transfer.

He became the Chief Training Consultant of Asia Inst. Management & Marketing (Hong Kong & Beijing).
During this time, he was still invited for multiple conventions as a platform speaker including for the Annual Convention of Direct Selling Association of Malaysia.
